Great news!  You asked and we listened! Here at Involve, we’re thrilled to roll-out the latest feature set to our platform! Adding on to last months updates, our product team has been working tirelessly to develop new modules and build tools to help improve your company's alignment goals.  

 

Update & Survey Feature

Last month we introduced the Newsletter feature.  And this month we’ve added Updates and Surveys in the Community tab in an effort to multiply your methods of communication! The Updates feature is envisioned as being a place for less urgent news which will still be featured on the Explore page, but that has an expiration date.

Next up is the new Survey feature, whose inspiration actually came from an existing customer’s need for a quick and simple way to collect the t-shirt sizes of its employees! With this function, coordinators can create anything from simple surveys to more sophisticated engagement surveys.

 

2 - Survey 

 

Both Surveys and Updates will be found at the top of the Explore Page under our newly titled Featured Activities section. Featured Events was no longer an appropriate title with our evolving platform that now offers so much more.  

 

Default Communities

We now offer the option of automatically organizing your employees into Default Communities from the moment they sign on. Here a coordinator can see all the community members and send emails to specific people or just press the Select All button to send it to the masses. This is another way to drive communication within the Communities and align your team.

Adding Members to Communities

After listening to customer feedback, we have simplified the way administrators add members to a community. Coordinators and/or members can be added quickly in the dropdown menu according to name, location or department.

More Notifications

Last but not least, head over to the settings tab to see more notification options. You can set up weekly and monthly status reports emails to send out.
